How do I find my lost account details?
We can resend your details to the email address you registered with. Please request this by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I create a mailbox?
Login to your Control Panel, select Email Accounts, and add an email account via the interface.
If you cannot add an additional email, make sure you haven't reached your limit. Consider upgrading if this happens.
I cannot login to my control panel
Ensure you've entered the correct login details. If you cannot remember your details, contact email@example.com requesting we resend them to the email you registered with.
If this doesn't work, try an alternative internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
If you continue to have issues, our servers may be down; wait 30 minutes and retry. Otherwise contact us.
How long will it take to set up my account?
There is no waiting time. Your account becomes instantly available once you purchase a package.
How much does it cost to migrate/transfer a website?
We only charge £60 for this service. This is a manual process. An agent will migrate your website for you within 48 hours after payment.
